Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment of the
order. Our store operates on Tuesday - Saturday during standard business
hours, except on national holidays at which time the store will be
closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will
be kept to a minimum.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, the item/ items must be returned within 14 calendar days
of purchase. The items must be returned in the same condition that is
was sent (i.e. all tags are intact, no odors, stains, or appearance that
the item has been worn or used). All returns are only issued in store credit.
You will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to
return it to our store. We are not responsible for lost or stolen
packages. Original postage is non-refundable and the return postage is
of responsibility of the buyer. Proof of return posting must be
obtained.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email that you plan to return your items.
No. K'Janée only provides store credit via gift card/ e-credit. Please treat the e-credit like cash. When store
credit is being issued, you will receive a code that only the buyer can
redeem.
